Please clearly write your technical reference number on the front of your package. The original owner is responsible for the cost of carriage when sending the item to the adove address for inspection. Following inspection, goods that have failed to perform as they should will be repaired or replaced and returned within 4-5 working days. Return despatch in the UK will be paid by Fastnet. Goods that have been damaged as a result of unsuitable use, treatment, or wear and tear, consequential or incidental damages will not be repaired or replaced free of charge.
